5 things to do during a lockdown

Welcome back to Beautiful mind podcast! How are you doing? I hope you are keeping safe and washing your hands often. In today's episode, I share my top 5 activities to keep your mind and body occupied during these Covid19 times especially if your city is on lockdown. I know that at this point you may not be in the mental space to engage in all these activities as your top priority is to survive. Survival is key! I want you to push yourself to try at least one of these things. You just may get abs in the process or learn video editing, who knows?
